Our founder, Pastor Raymond C. Dix Jr., has over 33 years of ministry experience with over 24 years as a Senior Pastor.  He has written one book on Evangelism and is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in B.S. in Biblical Studies.  Currently, Pastor Dix is seeking his Master of Divinity in Christian Community Development and Pastoral Leadership from Northern Seminary in Lombard, IL.

It is his firm belief, that small churches are significant and needed to win souls to Christ in the 21st Century.  Even in the age of the "Mega Church", we believe that small to medium churches offer the most consistent means by which to bring spiritual renewal to our cities and towns.
